Tomatoes, Lemon and Tamarind are very common fruits. Of course they play an important role in daily food preparation. 

In fact healthy soups can be prepared from these three kinds of fruits. Even weekly twice drinking of these fruit soups will be helpful to keep good health as they contain all essential vitamins and other micro nutrients. But, very important thing to keep in mind while preparing soup is that sourness, hotness, and salt tastes should be in balance .

If any one of the above said tastes exceeds, it'll certainly affect body health. When the quantity of the fruit increases, the sour taste will naturally increase. To get good taste of  the soup, correct proportion of pepper or chilies is important. The excessive salt will also certainly affect body health.


Method for Preparing Fruit Soups

Method for preparing fruit soup is really very simple. For preparing the tomato soup you just need a medium size tomato or one third of big size tomato. Similarly, two tsp full of lemon is enough for preparing the lemon soup. When you want to prepare tamarind soup, two small pieces of tamarind will also be enough for that. Apart from basic ingredients we can also add a little bit amount of cumin and pepper powder, very small piece of garlic. 

First boil the mixture of any one of the fruits and ingredients with enough water for one or two minutes and then add 1 tsp of cornflour to increase thickness of the soup. It is better to add salt only after the soup getting boiled so that we can get correct salt taste and then sprinkle a few cut coriander leaves.

One can easily get rid of many health issues like lack of appetite and sleep when taking fruit soups now and then.
